Lecturer Bio

Newly honored with Tokyo, Japan's Golden Fox Film Competition LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT FOR LECTURE Award, Ms. Milagro is a certified CBD-educator and Author of TRUTHS ABOUT HEMP CBD - A Guidebook for Curious Folks. Her latest business endeavor finds her at the helm as Founder, Lead Formulator & Chief Creative at Divina Skincare & Botanicals, a premium integrative personal care Hemp CBD and lifestyle brand. Carmen Milagro, the “Queen of The Pivot” is a first-generation San Franciscan and is also known as a “pragmatic visionary and entrepren-artist”, who has appeared on World Wide Business with Kathy Ireland. She’s also been interviewed by the likes of JT Foxx, Janeshia “Hollywood” Adams-Ginyard (Black Panther), Jose Garcia (GHMU), Univision, Bay Area Vista, Bay Area Focus (CBS/KPIX), RDM Studios and a few others in the archives. These experiences inspired her to partner with celebrity Chef Ranjan Dey in San Francisco to co-produce, write and host “Legends, Legacy & Compassion” a show about legendary musicians and their love of life, food and the road which aired in March 2022)

 

She’s also a Confidence & Resilience Strategist and host of “Confidence Strategies with Carmen Milagro” on YouTube, Anchor, Apple Podcasts and Spotify. She’s been called “The Executive Consigliere” and is also a Hospitality Consultant, a mentor to many, an inventor, patent-holder and a fierce advocate for women’s successes.

Carmen lives her life as a professional creative, story-teller, music, and video writer/producer. She’s also an international entertainer (Japan, Cuba, Europe plus the North and Central Americas). She’s a spokesperson/emcee, public speaker, lead vocalist, as well as co-founder of Blue Moon Gypsies, a West Coast-style Country Music and Originals band.

With her "Living Legends" song being included in this Lecture Video, Carmen Milagro is also co-writing her first screenplay and musical production.

Director Bio

During 2022, his best Hollywood year ever, beginning with Executive Producing and Directing his 86+ award winning 2022 Black History Month - a Phillip E. Walker Video Memoir Production (which is currently on California State Tour), Phillip Eugene Walker-MFA Executive Produced five additional multi award winning short films: Juneteenth.Rocks (which he also Directed), MDJ Reunion, Sweetest Vacation, Throbbing (also Directed) and this On Being an Indigenous Entrepren-Artist (Directed by Walker also). As well last year, he Associate Produced the 8th episode of J. D. Marta's Rock God web series. In 2023 Phillip is scheduled to Executive Produce and deliver his first ever Official Music Video Direction with Blue Moon Gypsies' "Living Legend" plus in January 2023 Phil served as Associate Producer for Brian Arrieta's Dinner Party. Having won four DIRECTOR Awards during the 2020-21 season alone (including a Hollywood Actor Jobs nod from the city of New York’s Brooklyn International Cinafest) plus being honored as a IADFA 2021 BEST DIRECTOR, Phillip has previously directed more than 100 live, in-person theatre productions. During the Pandemic, through Walker Entertainer Academy, he has so far secured over 750 awards and more for the 25 productions he marketed during that time period.

Personally, becoming employed as full-time Hollywood talent within days of his 2014 Southern California arrival, PhilE (stage name) has been cast in more than 1000 talent gigs including as a naked Co-Star in HBO’s multiple EMMY & GOLDEN GLOBE awarded Westworld and had 534+ Worldwide short film festival on screen appearances as the solo actor in Vahan Bedelian’s CHAPLINESQUE, 80 time award winning one-man-silent-movie WineGame. During the upcoming live “ANSWERS” workshop, Phillip will show online attendees how to do even better than the 144 talent gigs he secured during his first LA LA Land year.
